What this website collects

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no profile of you.

This site has no forms. It collects nothing about you. If you write to the address below, we hold that correspondence in our mailbox in the ordinary way.

Why we may use it, and for how long

We use what you send us to answer you and, where a business relationship follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once we are dealing with each other, the performance of a contract. We keep correspondence no longer than we need it for those purposes and for the record-keeping the law requires of us.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted by Vercel, which acts on our instructions as a processor. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to info@swissglobalholding.com. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly you may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
